Your ID image and signature are used only to obtain the NBTC certificate copy required to clear your device through Thai customs.
They are shared with DHL partner and the Office of the NBTC, stored encrypted, and deleted 30 days after your parcel is delivered.
We do not use these documents for marketing, and we do not share them with anyone else. You may ask us to delete them earlier, or ask for a copy of what we hold, by replying to your order confirmation email.
